Will your cards work with my POS System?
Yes, 99 out of 100 times our cards will work with your POS System. The mag stripe on the cards can be encoded in a variety of ways. You simply need to ask the manufacturer for the specifications on producing cards for your particular system and we will encode the cards per their specifications.

How long will my cards take from the time I order?
Orders usually take between 3-7 business days to manufacture from the time you give us the final approval on the artwork. This time frame will usually depend on the type of card you request and how many you are ordering. We usually average about 4 days on most orders.

What is the difference between Gift Cards, VIP Cards, Membership/ID Cards and Benefit/Fundrasing Cards?
Gift Card is a plastic gift card is generally used by various shopping, dining, and entertainment establishments and used like a debit card to charge for the specific service they provide. The card in most cases has replaced the “gift certificate” since they have more perceived value to an establishment and have more “staying power” than a gift certificate which is usually printed on paper. They provide excellent advertisement since the cards are custom made for each particular business. Also, issuers profit from gift cards since they are prepaid by the customer in various values or denominations and therefore provide a “float” between the time of purchase and the time of actual use. A gift card is a closed loop card since they can only be used at the establishment who issued it as opposed to a bank card.

VIP Card is a plastic VIP cards used primarily by bars, nightclubs and lounges to promote special events, discounts and special services to mention a few. They provide an excellent advertising tool as opposed to a standard paper business card. They can be used as a loyalty card or rewards cards to emphasize how much you value your frequent customer. Depending upon how you want to use the card, your custom printed VIP card could be used with your POS (Point of Sales) system. You will need to speak to your POS representative to make sure.

Membership/ID Card is a custom plastic cards that create exclusivity as well as security to your establishment. They provide a cost effective way for organizations of all types to connect with members. As a communications tool, they provide your members with access to your contact information, such as telephone numbers, and offer additional advertisement to your establishment without a large investment of time and money.

Benefit/Fundraising Card is used primarily by schools, churches and various social organizations to raise money. All you would need to provide are your local merchants and their logos (where applicable) and the discount or offer they will provide and you have an inexpensive yet profitable way of promoting your organization. These cash savings cards are easy to sell because your customers will save many times the purchase price, just by using the card. Since these cards are made from a durable PVC plastic, they are virtually indestructible.
